Hello again Peter; After our last conversation Mrs Rishana from Sandton offices phoned me and i explained the whole story to her, after two days she sorted one matter for me that i wont have to pay if i go to dr Steenekamp, i was very glad but KNOW after a couple more days i said to her that Shantell at Roodepoort branch got all the receipts and invoices which I Paid cash (my wife was at her office 9 weeks ago to clear everything out), she agreed on a amount of about R1200 owed to me regarding Dr visits, and i also told her about three months Vitality where Shantell misinformed us and NEVER used it they owe me another R600 estimate. Rishana just mailed me, she said nothing about the Vitality matter and according to her They only owe me R82, RIDICULOUS!!! why will i waist all this time for R82, Mrs Lawrence (Shantells suppurior Still hasnt appolagise for her bad behaviour/attitude when my wife has phoned her, Rishana said she wants to help me butr why didnt she looked at all the info she and Shantell have about dr Steenekamp claims??? I am so disappointed at DISCOVERY i will definately not refer them to anyone! Why cant they pay my Vitality money back as Shantell totally misled us on th
