Outstanding debt that is false

I am not working and try my hardest to pay my medical aid in time and I always do. Yesterday I paid for my November instalment. Today I get an sms that says I have an outstanding debt. How furious I am right now, because I am very much up to date with my Bonitas instalments. When I call the call center, it takes them close to 20 minutes for me to talk to someone. I am angry and not happy at all.
