After being with Discovery for 14years for the first time my debit order was returned by my bankers on the 6th December 2013, to date I did not receive any communication from Discovery to inform me that my membership had been suspended! My chemist was the one that informed me that there was something wrong with the medical aid! i phoned was informed of what was going on! Have since made the EFT for the monthly contribution (11/01/2014) and to date still have no medical aid! Tried to phone and speak to a manager waited for about 10min and was cut off! Have e'mailed and faxed proof of payment, instead of suspending the medical aid why don't they give the member a call and find out what is happening! Why is it soooo quick to suspend and sooo long to re-instate? Discovery was a much better company when they were small! Now their services are terrible, and leave much to be desired!
