No Payment whenchild goes to hospital

Luckily we have a place to vent our frustrations! We have had problems with Discovery for almost two years now. Payments not being made. Our daughter got a fever of 40 and we phoned the GP. The GP asked us to take the child to emergency rooms at Vergelegen clinic. We took her and today Discovery do not pay out and ONCE again we are left with the bills, they will not pay for X-Rays or urine tests that were done in hospital. I pay these R4000 a MONTH!!! Once again the incredible BAD service and poor performance of our medical aid have prevailed. I URGE everyone to move to another medical aid not DO not use discovery, there are MUCH better medical aids available who actually do what they promise.
