Withdrawing my medical aid without any warning!

Good day, my names Mr Akeel Gaffoor. Discovery no: 391172702, for the past 3 months my medical aid deposits have been refunded... This month (august) I've decided not to make payment and first enquire as to the nature of my query. When emailing discovery, iv discovered in the email that my medical aid has been withdrawn. Why? With no fore warning? Is this the service we get? Only upon enquiring do I find this out, all the while doing deposits only to have them refunded with no reason. I have not made a single claim from discovery since being a member, paying monthly. If this is what you call service, I'd like my full amount of contributions to be refunded.
