Cancellation of Medical Aid

Good Day
My mum is a member with discover on the Key care Plus as of 01/07/2013.I was told about waiting periods for pre existing condiotions which i accept. Last nite 28.10.2013 my mum was rushed to Garden City Casualty where the doctor requested for her to be admitted into high care and discovery declined this and what i cannot understand is that this is not a pre existing condition it came about just over a month ago I then asked so i am paying and for what because she is laying at home getting worse each day what do I do and was told by Ryan i can either pay for her to be seen to or take her to a state facility. Thank you very much for that I would like someone to call me to cancel the medical aid and take my mother to a state facility as I was told.
