Disgusting horibble careless service!!!

I'm so disgusted by the service received from Discovery Health since Friday. I called the call centre and asked if there's no possible way to have a option change done because the Keycare Plus option does not cover Vincent Pallotti Hospital, and the Doctor that takes care of her condition is only at Vincent Palloti. She suffers of Congenital hydrocephalus which is a PMB condition. Should any side effects appear, immediate action should be taken as it can lead to permanent brain damage. Which will then cost the medical aid way more in the long term and permanent sadness to a family. We eventually accepted that the option won't be changed and went to the hospital on the list UCT Private. When they got at the hospital they confirmed that they can't give authorization as a specialist authorization is needed. WE have contacted her specialist, which is in theatre and he confirmed that she needs to come into hospital ASAP. UCT does not have a casualty facility and the pre-auth department at Discovery insist on her going to a different hospital??? Is it our fault that they don't a casualty facility?? Then they need to reassess the approved hospitals on their list. THis is not the END!!!
