What happened to you Discovery?

I have been a Discovery med aid member for 10 years and rarely have had need to use my plan for surgery until now. What a rigmarole, you get responses from the "team" not a real person! What the happened Discovery? Like Outsurance you started off as a service to the "man in the street" now you have become an impersonal, automated, robotic, "follow our rules" grey institution. How very, very sad!
