Never been so humiliated and discusted in my life

I have never been so humiliated before, let me start from the begging. I sighed but with Discovery health keycare plan oh my goodness what a mistake, they didn't'tell me about all the extra cost ill have to pay while paying the medical aid aswel and that I have to wait upto 48 hours to see a specialist and that I can only be admitted through casualty after I pay R205 to be seen, My daughter was very sick about 2 month ago I payed about R2000 on medication cos the medical didn't' cover any of that medication I mean really. the best part last week I needed to be admitted with high Bp and a bad infection I was in garden city casualty all day took me 4 hours to be seen by the Dr and once I was seen he said I had to be admitted, the nurses put up a drip gave me pain medication got me on the wheel chair ready to go to the room, when the lady from reception came to me to tell me I either have to pay cash to be treated or be transferred to a government hospital because Discovery was refusing to auth my admission because I was not on long enough I mean if I was on a waiting period I can understand, I was embarrassed humiliated in front all off the staff, I'm disgusted in this med aid
