I just wanted to send a compliment to Discovery for the excellent service I got yesterday, I wanted to make a few changes on my plan and the lady was helpful. But the best part is, I just got a call from Discovery asking if there was anything else that I needed help with and if everything is okay, WOW, I was impressed. Who does that in this day and age? only a few... so I just wanted to say thank you for the lovely service!
