Great experience

I went to Victorian Square on Tuesday, 22 October 2013 to donate platelets. As this was a first for me I was extremely nervous. The staff was so accomodating in taking the extra time in explaining the whole process, the machine, different types of bags used for the fluids as-well as what effects I would experience upon this process. Wow! Amazed at their knowledge, patience and kindness I am super excited to donate for my second time. The staff made me feel safe, at ease and comfortable at all times. I even posted a photo or two on facebook to encourage others. Thank you for having excellent staff on duty who loves what they do.
