Are Discovery Health becoming??!!

I recently asked Discovery Claims for a quote on dental work that I desperately need done. I wanted a quote first to see how much they would pay, before I went ahead, as I obviously needed to work out my finances.
The dentist's quote was just over R53, 000.00, and I have been told by Discovery that they will pay R3119.30!!! They never asked for any details from the dentist, who has pictures, xrays, the works!
I pay well over R6000.00 per month for my and my partners medical aid, and I just cannot understand why they say they will only pay R3119.30.
This is really disgusting, and could someone from Discovery PLEASE contact me to explain. My membership no is 040513710 and my ref number is 2983 2780 68
