Ripped off online

I ordered the Garcinia Gambogia product online and the advert said R295 per bottle if you buy 3 and get 2 free. With free shipping. As soon as I entered the credit card detaisl online it never confirmed the amount instead the transaction was closed. When trying to go back to teh order or to the sight for the prices, I can no longer access that site which is very strange. The bank immediately phoned me to say an amount of R1400 had come off my credit card from [URL Removed] The amount should have bee below R900. I would like to cancel this order please but no-one from biolabs is responding to me and their call number in SA does not answer ever! Please can you help me.
