A call centre is there for a reason and the most crucial it to provide a service and communication line to the company. Today i called to make an enquiry and was transfered 4 times because it seemed like no one took the time to do their job properly then to make matters worse, i was left holding while he requested assistance from another consultant. This is bad service and at the end of the day- failure of one individuals to do their job wastes my time and airtime (money).
