UNFAIR TREATMENT TO THE 81 YEAR OLD

WRITING ON BEHALF OF MY GRANDFATHER WHO RECEIVED AN INCOMPLETE CHRONIC MEDICATION PACKAGE.MEDIPOS WAS CONTACTED ON 08/10/2013 AND SPOKE TO LINDIWE WHO PROMISED TO INVESTIGATE THE MATTER AND GET BACK TO US .SHE WAS INFORMED THAT OUPA HAS RUN OUT OF HIS CHRONIC MED (81 YEARS OLD DIABETIC). TILL TODAY THERE WAS NO FEEDBACK.SHE WAS CONTACTED AGAIN THIS MORNING SHE SAID SHE HAS RECEIVED FRRDBACK FROM SECURITY AND ONE OF THE TREATMENT WAS NOT PACKED ASKED HER WILL THEY DELIVER THE MEDICATION TODAY SHE SAID THEY ARE STILL FOLLOWING APROCESS.I TOLD HER THAT THIS IS THE THIRD DAY GOING WITHOUT OUPA TAKING HIS CHRONIC MEDICATION AND HIS HEALTH .THIS IS REALLY UNFAIR TO THE OLD MAN.LINDIWE CALLED THE OLD MAN NOW AND REQUESTED THAT HE GOES TO THE POLICE STATION TO GET AN AFFIDAVIT (AN OLD MAN WHO CANNOT SEE PROPERLY...
