What is going on???

I have taken out some livecover and a savingsplan from Oldmutual Mokopane. After numerous requests to get my documents I still don't have any policy documents. I have also inform them that the info they have regarding nmy name and surname are incorrect. The consultant and the branch manager asured me that this will be rectified, but still did not receive any documents. I have pghoned the consultant numerous times regarding this, but nothing was done. I was later informed that the consultant have left the company, but the Branch manager was aware of everything.

Today, after a long struggle, I managed to get my tax certificate for my tax returns, but still the info is not rectified, and the call centre have put me on hold for a long time without being helped or any explination. I have tried several times to get through to the call centre but with no luck, they keep you holding and holding and holding and holding and holding forever. I tried to phone 4 times and every time was on hold for 10minutes without being helped.

I still don't know what is going on, and the policy is almost 2years old, but they claim that they only received R234 contribution for the year... IMPOSABLE!!!
