Whats wrong with Discovery and service!!!

How many times must i keep on complaining about 1 and the same thing, Almost every month im going to complain about Vitality over charging me!! you have overcharged me more than 6 times now. In less than 3 months i was complaining about the same thing and than on the 2nd of May you do it all over again! you over charge me. This is such a huge inconvinience and rubbish and unacceptable really!!

To make matters worse when i left Dimension Data end of February i asked that i want to continue with discovery Health on my personal capacity and 1 May you must deduct from my fnb account cos im the main member and what does Discovery do, Discovery goes and deduct from the account of the beneficiary!! WHY? because i said you must deduct from my account cause im the main member, any way doesnt it make sense to do so as well?

Is there anything that discovery does right? This is tirering and really irritating also a huge inconvinience. What kind of service is this really? or Maybe you dont want me as a member anymore? must i go to other companies that will give me a better service? how can i complain about one and the same thing almost month after month and no fixes it
