Still waiting to be contacted!!!

I contacted Momentum on Monday via email as i am very interested in medical aid and insurance. After not hearing anything i phoned them Tuesday afternoon to ask that a consultant please contact me to set up a meeting and requested that i be phoned after 15:30 in the afternoon. NO ONE has contacted me again. As a result of this i will be joining Discovery instead. If this is how long it takes to just become a member, i do not know how long claims will take.
