Dear Momentum Health

I am looking forwarding to becoming your new medical aid customer and I am excited at the thought that I would be with a medical that is competent and willing to be their for their customers.

However, within my first attempt to join your medical aid, Momentum Health have managed to loose my online application and all the details I've provided them. Thereafter, they gathered all the information again, only to loose the chronic medication information again.

This morning the phoned me with a promise that everything is in order, afterwhich I asked them to please confirm if they have the chronic information details - which they lost again.

This afternoon they phoned me again to close the deal, only to admit to me AGAIN that they've not included the chronic benefits.

Momentum Health have until 10 AM tomorrow to respond, or I am going to MediHelp.
