NEVER Join Momentum Health Medical Aid - EVER, save yourself bucketloads of money.
Based on the bad treatment, confusion, broken promises, terrible service, zero communication (except to take MY contributions OF COURSE) (despite 5 weeks of waiting, begging, pleading, threatening, phoning and sending over 40 emailsa and leaving numerous messages!!! STILL NO Response!!!

I have therefore decided to cancel my membership with Momentum.

I expect to be refunded URGENTLY for all of my contributions since joining in December 2012. I am out of pocket for nearly 5000 in claims unpaid since Jan 1st.
Nobody gets back to me, I am being completely ignored!!!

I have already tried all of the following people - I am DISGUSTED and disappointed as a brand new member I was excited until I found out what you people (if I can even call you that) are REALLY LIKE.
