Shocking service and terrible attitude

I recently went in to Greenside Animal Clinic to purchase a large bag of r/d (reduction diet) for my dog. I was told that there is a program where I can have my dog weighed every few weeks and receive a free bag of food. I was persuaded to rather buy the small bag, which I did not want to do because it is so much more expensive. But because the free bag would cancel that out I did it to make the storage of food more convenient.

I arrived a few weeks later to have my dog weighed and to collect my free bag of food. I had not planned on spending more money on another bag of food but when they told me there was no bag of food waiting and I would have to wait a further few weeks I paid for the bag anyway. I was annoyed but decided to be patient.

I arrived again yesterday, (yet a another few weeks later) I received the same excuse. After demanding that something be done (and receiving an apathetic response) I had to force a promise out of this woman to have someone contact me and have my food delivered. She promised me someone would call me back today but so far nothing and to top it off they all refuse to take my calls.

I am utterly disgusted with this service and will never go back
