INCORRECT PACKAGING

My mother and I have been buying Pedigree dog food for our 3 dogs for the last couple of years. Just over a month ago my mother decided to weigh the 8kg bag. Her scale weighed this at 5-6kg. She then took this back to Game in Greenstone where she had purchased it to make sure and they confirmed the bag weighed the same as well. The Manager wrote a confirmation letter on this and called Pedigree. As we then had no dog food we also tried to buy from Pick and Pay in Greenstone and found the 8kg bag also weighed 5-6kg. She has since received a phone call from Pedigree to advise they would send her vouchers! We have since called Game as well as Pedigree but still waiting further, it has been over a month. Not sure that whatever they give as vouchers will make up for the 2/3kg we were missing per month for the last couple of years!! Not sure if this was simply a bad batch as we have had no explanations so just wanted to make everyone aware to please check this if they are buying Pedigree food. We will let the area newspaper know as well so no one else loses out like we did!
