Purina Husky Dog Food
Husky dog food no longer up to scratch

All 3 of my dogs eat Husky (Chunky) tinned dog food. I purchase this at various retail outlets, and apart from the price being terribly expensive lately, the food quality has gone down tremendously. Due to the fact that the small tins have increased terribly in the last few weeks, I have had to purchase the large tin. Every time I open a large tin, there is such a thick layer of jelly lying on top, that by the time you actually get to the actual food in the tin, the tin is almost at half the level, therefore you are paying for half a tin of dog food. Sometimes it is also so watery that I have had to throw the entire tin away. In both the small and large tins, there are sometimes some tiny hard pieces of something in it, and luckily I was able to take it out in time. The Spar had the large tin on special the last 2 weeks, purchased 3 large tins. The first tin smelt so bad when I opened it, that I threw it away, The 2nd tin seemed better, but after taking out the food from the tin, the entire bottom of the tin was black, including the food that was at the bottom. The 3rd tin still remains unopened as I have no desire to open it. It is disgusting! Have lost till slip to return goods.
