Calorie Conscious - Waste of Money

I saw this health place closed to my house, wanting to improve my health and lose weight I signed up.
10 Days detox with no choice of what you eat could be tolerated, R9000 for the 10 days detox and 22 days own choice meals for 2 people - expensive. My boyfriend lost 7kg's the first 10 days and I lost 5kg's - we were soo excited to come off the detox food though cause it was difficult. After 17 days on detox we finally started getting other meals. Menus were sent to choose, we did so but not once out of the entire month did we receive 1 item we chose. They moved and since the move we received rotten food and most of the food since then has been disgusting and I kept throwing it away. So I wasted the almost 2 weeks food for 2 people. What an expensive trip and to get attitude from Candice too at times. We were supposed to be weighed and measured weekly, this happened once. Requested the initial measurements to be sent, still nothing. The management of this company is shocking, no individual attention. Paying such a fortune one would expect some service at least right? or at least your own choice of food.
