Bad Attitude and horrible food

We had bought about 11meals from curry and all on the 29t April, about 7 of us had either chicken biryani or chicken curry and rice and we were all very disappointed with the quality of the food, it was salty and it tasted like it was chicken that had been frozen for ages and it was just disgusting. When our colleague called them the phone was not picked up and when she tried again the following morning she got a lady on the line who said we can come get some free meals. To our horror when we got there they were busy gossiping about us to other customers, when we told them who we were they did not bother to apologise, secondly we were told that we can't get the free meals anymore we can just taste all their food and we will realise that they make great food when said we have to go back to office we can't stand there and taste food the guy then said we can take anything as take away. As were ordering their mutton roti an old lady said we will only get small chicken biryani as that is what we had ordered even when we pointed out that we had actually ordered large portions we were told that's what they are willing to give us. They told us that they can't take 7 complaints to heart out
