Parrot Food With Moths In

I bought animal zone parrot food at brackenfell petshop on saturday and when I opened the bag this morning it had moths in the bag and on the food. Please see picture attached. I can not give this food to my parrots. The batch number on the bag is 271113 and the expiry date is 27 11 2014. I have the bag with me at work and you are more then welcome to come pick it up by me if you require to do so. Unfortunately I am working late at the moment and I don't leave my office before 7:30 at night. I would therefore not be able to get to brackenfell petshop before saturday to return the food. In the meantime I need to feed my animals. I spoke to the lady when I phoned this morning and she said food could be courierd at a price of between 300 and 400. That is too expensive and I wont pay that to have a couple of bags of food sent via courier. I don't believe that i should be liable for the cost as you supply the faulty product.
