I have been trying for the past year to have an account for Dr Enslin since (belief it or not!!!) 2012/08/06 (latest ref:101013QB7M61) and for Anaesthetist 2013/06/25 (ref:040913Q8KTR1) sorted.
Up until now I have encountered inadequacy of service which I had not previously considered possible, as well as ignorance received from Call Centre staff members.
It has also come to my attention that not all the data on my account has been transferred with the merger from ProSano to Bonitas hence the delay in finding an amicable solution on the account for Dr. Enslin other than the member (myself) spending "hours" on the phone listening to the infuriating and the even more annoying and have been unhelpfully transferred to a variety of disinterested individuals, from your Call Centre.
Suffice to say that I have not as yet given up on my futile and foolhardy quest to not receive any kind of service from you but hoping that an amicable solution can still be found.
