Very frustrated

Hi
Once a year Medihelp requests proof of payment to all members to see which income category will apply for that year. I have no problem with that.
At this moment in time I am unemployed and have to borrow some funds just to keep my medical aid and other responsibilities going so i don't loose the benefits. I called Medihelp to seek advise on being unemployed and they said i should send a payslip of the person who is lending me the funds... What I really don't appreciate is the fact that that will put me in the highest category that i really can't afford. And the aid is on my name. I am a loyal client and don't think people should be forced to pay more if the really can't and made the effort to call and arrange something.
I am really frustrated at this, and That Marinda who assisted me then just said, well if u can't then cancel. Not even want to help or try assist or ask a superior.
