REDUCED PREMIUM NOT HONOURED - NECESSE

I have been unemployed as from the 1st of June 2013 and sent Medihelp an affidavit and completed a declaration form as verification.

My mother offered to lend me the money in order to pay for my medical aid untill such time that I have found a job and am able to repay her.

Medihelp refuses to apply the minimum rate charged for the network option that I am on and is therefore penalising me because of my mothers income???

Rediculous and totally unacceptable!!!
