WHen i called the call centre in December last year, they advised my premium will remain the same for the new year, I have not received any communication in regards to changes to my subscription. Had I known I would have downgraded my medical aid as I would not be able to afford the new amount. Medihelp as messed up my parents medical aid as they pensioners, now they have gone and messed up my bank account. I had sufficient funds for debit orders, now my insurance has not been paid, they increased my medical aid to R1000.00, from R2760.00, i am paying R3800.00, they are playing with our lives here this is pathetic service, I want someone to call me urgently as I want my refund and I want my bank account to be reversed. I also want recordings of the conversations with the agents as this service is now becoming sickening. You are just taking money from us that we do not have, WHY???
