MH 5700833 Script for Ritalin LA

I have been a loyal client over 6 years now and contribute generously every month.
I have also had many of my friends and family joined this medical aid as I felt the benefits far out weighted other medical aid providers.
I am utterly disappointed in Medihelp, my son has been diagnosed with ADD. I'm sure I don't need to describe this condition to you!!!
The treatment that has been ruled out as Ritalin, I have emailed Medihelp and you come back saying it's not a part of the benefits.
I don't need your jargon, this is not a very cheap medication and I refuse to accept that this will not be paid as a apart of chronic.
Look at my records, how often do I use hospital or claim benefits, is this the way you treat valuable clients - I am appalled and will definitely take this further.
Why is my sons situation not taken seriously and why must I fork out additional funds to pay for his monthly medication
Seems ironic that Medihelp would only help me if I was wealthy enough to belong to a more expensive option.
This line has been thrown at me over the last 6 years and enough is enough
