Worst service of all medical aids

I am a Provider (Psychologist) who work with many medical aids. Medihelp provides the worst service of all the medical aids which I claim from. With any other medical aid, when a member is in hospital, you enter a code and as a psychologist they pay you from the hospital benefits. NOt medihelp. You have to apply for PMB. I phoned last year December, still waiting for response on two members. There is another member in hospital at the moment, try to get through to the pmb section. You just wait for ever on the phone. They just don't answer. Sent through an email. Still no response! So frustrating!
