My life Insurance and my funeral cover were Cancelled and a refund was suppose to be made in my account because both the life insurance and the funeral cover were in grace period, i was asked to send in documents in order for the refund to be made which i did on the 20th November 2013 and i got an email stating that everything was received and they log it on the system and the payment will be made with 7 working days from the 20th of November 2013.today is the 3rd of December 2013, 10days later and am still waiting for the refund to be made.have contacted the service centre twice already and all i get is that its still in the processes.why say 7 days wereby they know it might take logger, why not call the clients to give the feedback while they are still waiting for the refund.
What else must i do to receive my refund?
