Poor service

Good morning, on the 31st of July I went into hospital to have surgery done, now-after that there has been outstanding amounts that bonitas must pay lancet... I have repeatedly phone bonitas, to sort out this problem, on the 2nd of October I phoned ELLA LETLOLE & ZIMASA... they were supposed to sort out this out, but nothing- all they can say is SORRY, SORRY IS NOT GOING TO PAY MY PHONE BILL!!
