Bonitas Knows Nothing About Customer Service

I am writing this letter on behalf of my Wife (Lorato Moeng) regarding the bad service we get from Bonitas medical Aid. We had a retrenchment at our company, and I was one of the employees that was affected. Our last medical aid contribution for employees leaving the company was on the 31st of July 2013. I sent all my paperwork through to Bonitas consultant to continue medical aid contributions/deductions as an Individual. On numerous occasions, I've sent paperwork to the Bonitas consultant to set up a debit order for my account but nothing has happened to date. I personally phoned Bonitas and the consultant to ask if the debit order has been loaded for Sept and Oct, and they both said yes, but yet the debit order was not loaded, and my medical aid was suspended due to incompetent Bonitas consultants & Call Centre. On the 4th of October 2013 the consultant phoned the Financial Manager at Bonitas to explain the situation, and to find out if the debit order was loaded or not, I was requested to make a payment for that month, and it is still not loaded on the system. They promised that they will sort out problem, I'm still waiting...
