Terrible Service

I am totally apalled by the total lack of service from Bonitas. I had surgery approved however afterwards they are refusing to pay, even though authorisation was obtained. I have called and been transferred between departments numerous times with no one taking the responsibility to solve the problem.

I cannot wait to change my medical aid!!!
