Bad service

Im complaining about Bonitas, whom i joined 2 months ago.
Since then I never received my membership card but they sending
messages that Im behind payments. Even though I never received
the membership card nor used the medical scheme. I talked to one
of their representives last month, who promised that it will be sorted
within a week or so, still today I have not heard from them, yet my money
has been deducted twice already. I fail to understand that a big company/ medical
scheme can be so unproffesional.
