Fedhealth Medical Scheme
Almost 2 years later and STILL no membership card!

After complaining on numerous occasions and requesting this, I am yet to receive a new membership card with my daughters details on it.

In January my daughter will be two years old, and to date, I have still not received my membership card proving that she is in fact on my Medical Aid.

I would love to know what Fedhealth would have to say if i had a medical emergency with my daughter and she was denied treatment because of the above!!

Shocking service if you ask me.
