I am so disappointed

I am truly disappointing at the level of service that i am currently getting from Bonitas. I have been with Bonitas fro when i was a little girl under my mothers membership. And went on my own at 2008. I sent a complaint through on the website, but haven't received no response till today. I cancelled my membership 2011 because i was leaving the country for a while. I have now come back into the country and want to continue with this medical aid but adding my fiance. Now ii have been told that there is a 3 months waiting period. No-one can explain to me why i have to pay for 3 months for something i cannot use. I have been loyal to this medical aid and i get this nonsense treatment!! I cancelled because i was leaving the country, it's not like i left for another medical scheme! I don't even have any chronic conditions, of which i could have understood the reason of the waiting period!
