SHOCKING SERVICE

I ordered a pair of trial lense from these people while waiting for my normal lenses to arrive with it. The trials came the other order was never placed. I went to pick them up and the lady behind the counter with short blonde hair, I think her name starts something with an S told me she cant give them to me as the optometrist wasn't in. I told her I do not live close by and that my current lenses are already hurting, she didn't budge. She said she would have to phone me. I waited for a phone call, nothing. As I did not have a car at the time a couple of months lapsed until I could go to Bayside again. When i got there, my lenses had been destroyed. I kept my cool still and asked them to re order.
The next day I popped in to find out whether they had been re ordered and this of a woman, in an extremely rude and bad manner, pipes up (WHILE serving another customer) that because I didn't collect it they had been destroyed. I then attacked her saying it was her fault in the first place and how dare she treat me like that. she then cut me off saying this debate is over. Moral of the story? Make sure the short woman with short blond hair NEVER serves u at bayside!!!
