R600 worth of goods bought for R2000!

Long story short - bought 12 months supply of faulty contact lenses (almost R2000 off medical aid). Returned lenses as was told to try some trials if they were more expensive, Spec-Savers would foot the extra fee. Finally found 2 sets of lenses that worked. Alan decided to order the slightly cheaper ones. Collected them today. First told to pay in a further R600. After debate, saleslady realised that the slip said it had been paid for. Walked out of shop. Checked in car. Only THREE months' supply was given valued at R600!!! In essence I have now paid R2000 for lenses worth R600! I live about 50 kms from Vaal Mall and it is a mission to go backwards and forwards because of their ups!!! This is the last time that I will ever use them and I will send everyone I know away from them because of their inefficiencies and shoddy service! Spec-Saver have in essence my money! I want to know how this is going to be resolved by them other I WILL take this matter to the consumer tribunal because this is how strongly I feel about this! I have explained to the saleslady that they have until 10 am tomorrow morning as I will be unavailable after then. I AM FURIOUS!!!
