3 visits later - still not contact lenses

It's been 3 months now since my first initial visit to SpecSavers where I purchased a pair of glasses and also had my eyes tested for a pair of trial contact lenses. I was told that the lenses will be there in a week or so but that I will receive a call. A month later went to check up. No records found of such an order. Again was told that the order will be placed and that I will receive a call. With apologies and all. Until today - no call - no sms - no lenses. a bit dissapointed in this service.
