INCOMPETANT AND RUDE

What a bunch of incompetent staff that works at this branch. I had to have an eye test done but in the mean time the consultant gave me a trial pair instead of ordering a 6 months prescription with my old prescription which I am grateful for. The consultant then went on leave and i wanted to extend the appointment and explained the situation to one of the women that work there was very rude and shouted saying the lady who gave my the trial lenses was not suppose to and it was not policy. I mean really now... how is that my problem. I didn't ask her for it. I then gave feedback to the owner and he has the same attitude... that she wasn't suppose to give me the trail lenses bla bla..how annoying... I am a cash paying customer She suggested it. I then call on Friday to order my old lenses because that whole situation just put me off. She calls to say my lenses are ready & as I am about to pay the cashier says R 1620 as it is R 810 per box and that they invoiced me incorrectly the last time i ordered. Why couldn't they inform me when I ordered the lenses as they gave me a quote on half of the price i actually paid. Conveniently the consultant I ordered from was not present.
