I am a new Bestmed client.

My first impresions of the company was very negative.

When I first started dealing with the people at service desk, the sales department and the claims department and those supposed to help us go over to the fund, I was very disappointed in the poor quality of service received. My questions were not properly or consistently answered, often I was just ignored and most disturbing of all was the terribly bad rates I was quoted for my delivery and foreseen hospital fees for my baby due early next year. I was concerned that I would have to pay a lot from my own pocket

I got more and more frustrated as time went on and it felt like I am hitting a brick wall trying to resolve my issues.

It eventually reached a point where I wanted to voice my complaints to the Medical Council and the media, but decided to follow protocol by directing the issue to the Bestmed complaints officer first. She directed me to Jacqulize.

Jacqulize patiently listened to my oncerns and professionally and thoroughly resolved them one by one with the assistance of Ria Wood.

She did it so well that she made up for all the bad service before. Today I am very happy to be a Bestmed client
