Supplements not delivered as promised

I placed an order on 21 September.
According to Supplement World, it was due to be delivered on Wednesday 25 September between 9AM and 4PM.
I haven't received my parcel. My wife also took the day off work so that someone would be available at home to accept the parcel. At around 2PM I grew concerned when my wife told me that the parcel had not been delivered yet. I then phone Supplement World to inquire about the parcel. I was told that it was packed in the delivery vehicle in the morning and I was assured that I would receive it before 5PM.
Needless to say, the parcel was not delivered and I was not even notified of the delay. The stock was obviously transported in a vehicle that was exposed to the sun all day and the contents need to be stored below 25 degrees. Is Supplement World going to give me stock that was exposed all day to the hot summer sun?
My wife took a day off work and the parcel was not delivered. We were also not contacted at all to inform us that there is/was a delay. Instead we were promised that the parcel would be delivered and my wife spent the entire day waiting at home for the parcel.
Not sure if I will ever buy from Supplement World again after this.
