Parcel not delivered on time

Parcel NA 0002971770 was sent on the 26 Sept for overnight delivery in Pretoria at Q Photo Pro Lab in Brooklyn on 27 Sept. This never happened. On the 30th as we went to pick up our work, we learned that the parcel was not delivered. After phoning Fast Way in Klerksdorp and having them phone Fast way offices in Pretoria we were assured that the parcel would be delivered the 30th. It is even now as I submit this report still showing as in the courier vehicle. It seems it will be delivered only on the 1st September. Very poor service from them
