Package delivery delay

Was promised delivery of my package on monday. MTN and Rtt had some mix up, and the wrong address was put onto my package. My package ended up in middelburg instead of durban.. After a million phonecalls to Rtt/MTN, i was told my parcel would then be delivered to durban on Tuesday - in my opinion neither company was willing to put the extra effort and ensure that the mistake gets rectified and i get my parcel asap! I was then called back and told that it would not be possible to receive my parcel tuesday, as the parcel needs to be transported from Johannesburg to Durban meaning my parcel would only be delivered on Wednesday (dont ask me why air freight wasnt considered). In my mind this is a 6hour road trip, and would still be able to receive my phone on Tuesday. So on Tuesday afternoon, after throwing a fit with MTN, i was promised that my parcel would be delivered to me 1st thing Wednesday morning (before 8 am). To my amazement, when i called rtt at 6 Wed morning, their vehicle had broken down near johannesburg, and my parcel lay in johannesburg the entire tue night. nw will get at 10pm on Wednesday night. No sense of concern/apology/compensation from either company! disapointed!
