Wicount - inefficient service delivery

I bought something from Wicount which took ages to get delivered. First i was informed that they did not have it in stock and that i must wait to get it - this took a few weeks. Once delivered i discovered it was the wrong package. A week or so passed and they finally picked up the parcel from me. I then waited a while longer to get the correct parcel delivered to me at work but alas, they land up at my doorstep to deliver with me being at work. I'm still waiting, who knows when i may get it. I'm quite frankly fed up and don't even want the parcel! Poor poor service. Give me my money back and keep your stupid parcel!
