Don't expect feedback from these people

I have been sending this company emails since June on outstanding queries that I have but no one comes back to me and if someone does the feedback received is not on all concerns. I have requested a manager to call me since the 2nd of July and to date no call was received the only message that I get is the normal office reply we will get back to you with a reference no but no call, is there a manager at Bonitas, is my emails ignored.
Why before we get service must we follow the complain route to lodge complains via hellopete
