Don't ask these people for a refund

I have an account that is outstanding since 26/4/2013.I have followed this account up on a number off occasions. The first excuse that I received is we haven't received the account but this is BULL as the account was faxed to them. I went so far as to speak to management with the Name of Monde she phoned me about 5 weeks ago and to date nothing happened that we agreed upon. Monde refered this back to Cindy but the same story happens and non off them phones me back nor get the account from Clicks. Everytime I sent an email to the parties above all that I receive is a Auto Office reply as these people are more in meetings than anything else. The last time that I have spoken to Cindy she had an attitude towards me and promised than Monde will get back to me but nothing happens. I have requested a Director to call and is still waiting
